If we had to identify our specialty area in event production – it would be conferencing. We can handle small to medium conferences in house and can produce larger conferences with the assistance of hired equipment and freelance labour. Our main strengths in this area and point of difference from many simple Audiovisual supply companies is two fold – Brand presentation, Speaker Support.

• Brand Presentation

  Do you spend ages brainstorming for a theme for your annual conference only then to find the message gets lost along the way? Generally conferences will have a specific message and we believe that to give credibility and endorsement to that message, it is important that your conference is presented in a clean and professional way. The first step for this is effective graphic design. If early attention is paid to the design of your conference logo and key messaging, this is something that can easily be translated into signage, multimedia and even stage set pieces when it comes to the conference itself.   Not only can we do the design work but we can also manufacture and produce all signage, banners, set pieces, lectern cards etc that might be required to professionally brand your conference.

• Speaker Support

  Have you ever had to speak at a conference or event? Did you slave over a powerpoint presentation for weeks on end checking rules on font size, colour and number of bullet points to use per slide? How did it go? Did you feel supported by the AV technicians in the room? Did you feel in control of your presentation on the day and assured that the video was going to play on cue? If you did – Great. Maybe it was one of our shows!

  More often than not, AV companies focus solely on the capabilities of the equipment and forget to think about the capabilities of the speaker. It is the speakers that create the success or otherwise of the conference as they are responsible for getting the message to your delegates. We put a lot of time and emphasis on speaker support – both in the lead up to and during the conference. We prepare speaker briefing and information sheets that are relevant to your conference and the experience of your presenters; we set up dedicated email addresses and ftp upload areas for presenters to send through presentations for comments, formatting tips or testing; and we can set up a dedicated speaker preparation room on site for presenters to load their presentations, test all links and practice if required. We had all the latest video codecs and software to ensure that we will never let a video fail!
